Sloane Herrick
Sloane Herrick was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. In 2006 she attended Wagner College in New York, where she graduated with a BA in Theater Education in 2010. Immediately following graduation Sloane moved to Lima, Peru to work at a small center, Alcanzando, where she did behavioral therapy with children ages 2-7. After a year of great experience Sloane moved back home to find her next adventure. Sloane is certified in NY State in both regular and special education, and has a passion to return to teaching children.
Sloane is involved in Carlsbad Community Theater and has done everything from acting to directing. Every summer, since 2002, Sloane has had the opportunity to teach summer workshops, which is where her passion to teach grew.
