Maria Theresa Lyon Dudzik began working at CASE in January 2001 as an assistant to the office manager. Since then, she has moved through job positions like Behavior Interventionist,  Friends' Club group facilitator, Friends' Club Coordinator and Insurance Liaison. She is currently the Marketing and Events Coordinator/ Director, a part of the Office Management Team (OMT) and is the Personal Assistant to Dr. Cynthia LaBrie Norall, Ph.D.

Maria left CASE in August 2005 to pursue her degree in Psychology but instead, entered the mortgage world. Now that real estate has cooled down in California, she has come back to CASE in pursuits to continue helping children and teens with Autism. She enjoys the unique insights that each and every child brings when they walk through the door.

In addition to her passion to help children on the spectrum, Maria's second love is Interior Design. During her spare time, she enjoys studying interior design and decorating many of her friend's homes, including Dr. Norall's. She also loves spending time with her fabulous husband , Joshua, and her beautiful twins, Lyon and Lovella.
