Most of which that comes out of my head are modification projects which I try to write out. Now sharing Yugioh mods: Revenge traps can be activated even when destroyed however, when used that way, it comes with a cost. Sentinel traps have ritual summon effects only when in the graveyard. Element fields have additional rules and forbids use of monsters of the opposite element.

Monsters: Living Weapon - Can be used as equip spells but, if user gets destroyed, the weapon gets summoned as a monster w/ same effect. Soul Dweller - No effect when summoned but when it would be destroyed, special summon it with effect. When used, it gets removed from play. Rival monsters can't be destroyed by specific monster. 1 effect play if you use it, 2 effect plays if opponent uses it. Morphine Aeons have 2 effects: 1 as monster & 1 as spell/trap. When destroyed by opponent, apply both effects one turn only.
